Flashlube Heavy Duty Oil Stabiliser — 500ml

Flashlube Heavy Duty Oil Stabiliser is a high-performance, anti-wear oil formulation containing a powerful blend of additives that provide superior protection against engine wear in both old and new engines, as well as gearboxes and differentials.

  • Improves oil lubricity and maintains a higher degree of lubrication under extreme conditions
  • Eliminates high-temperature viscosity breakdown — allows oil to last up to 30% longer
  • Prevents dry starts by keeping oil on cylinder walls after engine shut-down
  • Suitable for new engines (add 20–25%) and worn engines (add up to 50%) to seal and cushion moving parts
  • Reduces oil consumption, smoke, engine knocking and oil leaks
  • Raises oil pressure and reduces heat and noise
  • Protects manual gearbox and differential bearings against corrosion and wear
  • Compatible with all mineral and synthetic engine oils
  • Recommended for cars, trucks, motorbikes, boats, agricultural and industrial equipment

Directions: Add to engine oil at normal operating temperature or at the time of an oil change. New petrol and diesel engines (non-DPF): add 20–25% (up to 1 litre per 4 litres of oil). Worn petrol and diesel engines (non-DPF): add 25–30% (up to 1 litre per 3 litres of oil). Run engine for 10 minutes after adding to allow full blending. Use with every oil and filter change.

Note: Not suitable for vehicles fitted with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).

Flashlube

wolfgang-kleunner-5221German Scientist, Wolfgang Kluenner in 1979, developed Flashlube in Melbourne Australia. Wolfgang was a CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation) Scientist and worked from Monash University. He recognised the problem of Valve Seat Recession in Gas converted vehicles and thus devoted his time to researching and inventing the solution. The answer was the Flashlube Valve Saver Kit and its specially formulated Flashlube Valve Saver Fluid.

Flashlube Pty limited was formed in 1995 to take Wolfgang's technology to the world.

Recently the fuel industry began to modify its Diesel Fuel and supply only Low Sulphur Diesel Fuel. Although environmentally beneficial, this new standard caused concern for the older Diesel vehicle industry and a solution was sought after. With thorough and lengthy research behind it, Flashlube Diesel Conditioner was introduced into the market. Its ability to lubricate (with a sulphur free formulation) like original diesel fuel, was well recognised by its 2005 Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association - Gold Award.

Flashlube's use is growing rapidly into the motor vehicle, farming, industrial, transport and motorbike markets across the world. Flashlube is currently now available in Australia, Europe, North America, South America, South East Asia and India.

Wolfgang has been noted to be proud that his invention has not only been trusted, but also appreciated by the automotive market. As we step forward, Flashlube is committed to its development and research that grows this appreciation.

Packaging: Manufacturers periodically update their packaging and labelling. You may receive the current or a previous design — the product, formulation and part number are unchanged.

Fitment (vehicle-specific products): For products listed to suit a specific vehicle, our fitment data is kept as accurate as possible, but vehicle catalogues are not perfect. Some models had more than one part fitted depending on build date, engine, or component size/variant. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the part suits their vehicle before purchasing. If you have any doubt, please message us with your vehicle's registration number and state (preferred), or full VIN/build details, and we'll do our best to confirm before you buy.
