Penrite 500,000KM Green Coolant Concentrate – Long-Life HOAT Formula
Penrite 500,000KM Green Coolant Concentrate is a Type A anti-freeze/anti-boil coolant using a Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT) inhibitor formulation. It is silicate, phosphate and amine free, and is suitable for a wide range of light and heavy duty vehicles including passenger cars, 4WDs, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, and construction and agricultural equipment.
- HOAT (Hybrid Organic Acid Technology) inhibitor formulation for stable, long-life cooling system protection
- Silicate, phosphate and amine free — compatible with Australian, European, Asian and US vehicles requiring green, blue or yellow initial fill coolants
- Suitable for petrol, LPG, light and heavy duty diesel, and industrial engines
- Protects cast iron, aluminium, copper, solder alloys, hoses, seals and plastics against rust, corrosion and cavitation
- Use at 33%–50% concentration: 33% gives a freezing point of -18°C and boiling point of +104°C; 50% gives -38°C and +109°C
- Phosphate-free formulation allows mixing with normal tap water; Penrite De-Mineralised Water is recommended
- 500,000 KM service interval for passenger cars, 4WDs and light commercial vehicles when correctly maintained at 33% concentration
- 5,000 hour service interval for heavy duty off-highway applications

Penrite recommends flushing the cooling system with Penrite Radiator Flush prior to a complete service refill to ensure optimal performance from this coolant concentrate.
