Permatex PermaShield Fuel Resistant Gasket Dressing & Flange Sealant is specially formulated for superior fluid resistance. This polyester urethane-based gasketing compound withstands extreme temperature changes without hardening, maintaining its non-setting, tacky character even with rapid temperature fluctuations, enabling repeated assembly and disassembly of parts.

• Resistant to petrol and all other automotive fluids
• Remains flexible even at high temperatures and withstands rapid temperature changes
• Allows for repeated disassembly and reassembly in metal-to-metal applications
• Seals surface imperfections between metal parts; ideal for high-performance applications
• Suitable for use as a gasket maker or gasket dressing
• Directions: clean and dry surfaces, apply a thin film or bead to both surfaces, allow solvent to fully evaporate, then assemble and torque to manufacturer's specifications
