Permatex Ultra Red is a high-performance, low-odour RTV silicone gasket maker designed for high-temperature applications including exhaust manifolds, headers, turbochargers, and slip-fit exhaust parts.

• Resists temperatures up to 343°C (650°F) intermittent
• Sensor-safe, non-corrosive RTV silicone formula
• Replaces almost any cut gasket
• High resistance to thermal cycling
• OEM specified
• Low-odour formulation — outperforms previous generation Red RTV
• Apply a 2–6mm bead to one surface surrounding all bolt holes; allow 24 hours to fully cure before filling with fluids or returning to service
• Not recommended for use on head gaskets or parts in contact with petrol
• 368g cartridge — dispensed via standard caulking gun
