JLM Diesel Air Intake & EGR Cleaner is a powerful aerosol spray formulated to remove stubborn dirt, rust deposits, and soot build-up from the air intake system and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system of diesel engines. Made in the Netherlands, each 500ml can provides two full treatments.
- Dissolves rust, soot, and carbon deposits from the EGR valve, intake manifold, and inlet valves in the cylinder head
- Restores air supply to the engine, improving power and acceleration
- Reduces exhaust smoke caused by fouled intake components
- Resolves irregular idling and spontaneous engine cut-out caused by soot accumulation
- Specially formulated for diesel engines affected by low-rev driving, eco-driving, or frequent short journeys
- 250ml per treatment — two treatments per can
- Includes extension tube for easier application on some vehicles
- Do not spray directly through the intercooler
Apply with the engine warmed up and at idle by spraying into the air intake manifold in 1–2 second intervals, allowing RPM to stabilise between each spray. After use, run the engine at idle for two minutes, then drive 5–8 km or accelerate 5–10 times (not exceeding 2500 RPM) to fully clear loosened carbon deposits from the system.
