Product Description

Trisco Vacuum & Fuel Pressure Tester

The Trisco Vacuum & Fuel Pressure Tester (Model G-310) is a versatile diagnostic tool designed for automotive professionals and DIY enthusiasts. This tool allows for accurate testing of vacuum and fuel pressure in various engine systems, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting efficiency.

Key Features:

  1. Dual Functionality:

    • Measures both vacuum and fuel pressure, providing comprehensive diagnostic capabilities.
  2. Wide Application:

    • Suitable for testing vacuum in intake manifolds, valve timing, fuel pump pressure, gasoline line pressure, and more.
  3. Easy-to-Read Gauge:

    • Clear and precise gauge markings make it easy to obtain accurate readings.
  4. High-Quality Construction:

    • Made with durable materials to withstand rigorous use.
    • Comes with a long, flexible hose for easy connection and operation.
  5. Compact Storage Case:

    • Includes a sturdy case to keep all components organized and protected when not in use.

Operating Instructions:

  • Vacuum Test:

    • Connect the vacuum hose as close to the intake manifold as possible.
    • Start the engine and adjust the throttle, ensuring the reading stays steady between 18 to 21 inches.
  • Sticky Valves:

    • An indicator of sticky valves is an intermittent drop back of the pointer during idling speed.
  • Weak Valve Springs:

    • A pointer fluctuating rapidly at higher engine speeds indicates weak valve springs.
  • Burnt Valve:

    • A pointer with a fluctuating reading, dropping to zero during operation, may indicate a burnt valve.
  • Valve Timing:

    • A slow, steady reading drop during idling indicates potential valve timing issues.
  • Vacuum Pump Test:

    • The gauge should read between 15 to 21 inches of vacuum; readings below indicate a faulty diaphragm.
  • Fuel Pump Vacuum Test:

    • Attach the gauge hose to the fuel pump, with readings indicating fuel pump efficiency.
  • Gasoline Line Test:

    • A reading between 1 to 10 inches of vacuum when testing the gasoline line indicates system condition.
  • Fuel Pump Pressure Test:

    • Ensures fuel connections are tight, and readings will be 1 to 8 psi depending on the vehicle.

The Trisco Vacuum & Fuel Pressure Tester is made in Taiwan, ensuring high manufacturing standards and reliability. This tool is an essential addition to any automotive toolkit, providing accurate diagnostics and aiding in efficient engine maintenance and repair.
