Penrite Copper Eze Anti-Seize Grease — 100g
Copper Eze is a bentone-based anti-seize, NLGI No.1.5 grease containing micro-size copper, zinc oxide and additional synthetic base oil that resists temperatures of up to 1093°C.
- Bentone clay-based (non-melting) formulation with micro-size copper and zinc oxide
- NLGI Grade 1.5 — smooth paste consistency for easy application
- Operating temperature range: 0°C to +1093°C (solidification point -18°C)
- Protects against corrosion in severe environments including marine, mining, and petroleum industries
- Reduces friction and wear; synthetic lubricant prevents galling
- Reduces torque during assembly and enables easy disassembly for service or replacement
- Does not wash or burn off in everyday use
- Low toxicity formula
- Ideal for exhaust manifold studs, exhaust clamps, turbocharger connections and spark plug threads
- Suitable for drum and disc brake assemblies — can stop brake squeaking when applied to the back of disc brake pads; ideal for disc brake calliper sliding pins
- Suitable for boat trailer wheel studs, external hinges, flanges, screws, nuts and bolts
- Suitable for automotive, marine, industrial, agricultural and general domestic environments
