Designed to maintain constant tension on serpentine belt drives, the Dayco® No Slack™ Automatic Belt Tensioner is an essential component for your vehicle's engine accessories.
- Patented "flat spring" design reduces operating range variations in tension
- Teflon® strip wound within the spring resists abrasion
- Steel locator pin (where applicable) for added strength
- Heavy-duty cast aluminium spring case resists cracking and fatigue
- Heavy-duty cast aluminium arm offers additional strength and less distortion
- Aluminium retainer ring locks the spring case and arm together, sealing against corrosion
- Steel pivot tube (where applicable) provides additional strength for critical torque requirements
- Thermoplastic rubber spring slot plug keeps out harmful contaminants
- Lubricated nylon pivot tube bushing and spring bushing for quieter performance
- Rubber O ring seals against dust and grime
- Zinc coated mounting bolt resists rust and ensures even tension
- Available with either a glass-filled polymer (plastic) or steel pulley
- Pulley features a dust cover to protect against contaminants
- Comes with a 2-year/40,000km warranty
