- Patented "flat spring" design reduces tension variations
- Teflon® strip resists abrasion
- Steel locator pin for added strength
- Heavy-duty cast aluminium spring case and arm for durability
- Aluminium retainer ring seals against corrosion
- Steel pivot tube for critical torque requirements
- Thermoplastic rubber spring slot plug keeps out contaminants
- Lubricated nylon pivot tube bushing and spring bushing for quieter performance
- Rubber O ring seals against dust and grime
- Zinc coated mounting bolt resists rust
- Available with glass-filled polymer or steel pulley with dust cover
