Dayco Fan Clutches are made from die-cast aluminium with a machined body, ensuring a tight fit and precision performance. The deep fins increase surface area for better heat dissipation, while the exclusive drive spines are knurled and burnished. The shaft surface resists slippage caused by heavy torque loads, resulting in longer bearing life. Top-quality bearings ensure quiet and smooth running. A special silicone fluid inhibits heat build-up, extending the service life. The bi-metal thermostatic spring adjusts the fan speed based on operating temperature, reducing fuel consumption.
