Dayco Fan Clutches are made from die-cast aluminium with a machined body, ensuring a tight fit and precision performance. The deep fins increase surface area for better heat dissipation, while the exclusive drive spines are knurled and burnished. The shaft surface resists slippage caused by heavy torque loads, resulting in longer bearing life. Top-quality bearings ensure quiet and smooth running. The fan speed is adjusted by a bi-metal thermostatic spring in response to operating temperature requirements, reducing fuel consumption. With a special silicone fluid that inhibits heat build-up, the Dayco Fan Clutch has a prolonged service life.
