Most items will be sent by Australia Post and will include tracking. Some bulky items will need to be sent by courier but this will be noted on the item.
We despatch items each week day in the morning and afternoon so in most cases your item will be packed and despatched within 24 hours of the item being paid for.
We only ship to Australian addresses.
This is our preffered method of payment, it is very quick and simple to use.
When choosing bank deposit the bank details will be supplied at that point. Please use your LAST name as the reference if possible so that your payment can be identified easily. Otherwise there could be a delay in identifying your payment. We bank with Commonwealth Bank and we check our bank statement every weekday, payments usually take 1-2 days to appear in the account.
AfterPay & Zip Pay
Only available for orders over $100
Afterpay & Zip Pay do not refund the fees we pay in the event of a refund or cancellation.
As a result of this any cancellations or returns where the payment method was Afterpay or Zip Pay there will be a 6% handling fee charged
This fee is not negotiotiable and is a condition of the sale.
Any orders cancelled or returned by the customer will incur a handling fee. This is usually the amount that is witheld by the payment (ie: PayPal, AfterPay, Zip etc).
Items with free postage, that are returned will also incur a restocking fee to cover the cost of the original postage.
