The Wesfil Cooper WCTK148 is an automatic transmission filter kit designed to maintain clean fluid flow and protect the transmission system from wear debris and contaminants.

• Automatic transmission fluid carries wear debris — clutch material, metal particles and varnish — away from the gearsets and valve body; this filter holds that debris before it can cause damage
• As the filter loads up, fluid flow to the pump and valve body is reduced, causing delayed or harsh shifts — regular replacement prevents this
• Kit contains the transmission filter and, where the application requires one, a replacement pan gasket along with any seals or related items needed to complete the job
• Some applications use RTV silicone sealant instead of a pan gasket — if no gasket is shown in the listing images, RTV sealant (not supplied) may be required
