Made by Sangsin Brake in Korea, Hi-Q is a general purpose pad built for a firm, predictable brake feel and quiet operation, without the squeal and grind that pads can develop as they wear.

Fitment: These pads are matched to specific vehicles by their original brake specification — check that the part number suits your vehicle before ordering. Vehicles that came from the factory with a heavier-duty brake specification (many SUVs, utes, vans and light commercials) may require the heavy-duty version of the pad rather than this standard one; if in doubt, check the fitment for your exact model and variant.

Fitting: Replace brake pads as an axle set — both sides of the same axle together — never a single wheel. Inspect the rotors when the pads are off: pads and rotors wear together, and new pads on a worn or scored rotor will be noisy and will not bed in properly. Bed the new pads in gently for the first few hundred kilometres and avoid hard stops until they are seated.
