Hi-Q DB1832 rear heavy duty brake pads: the same quiet, OE-quality Hi-Q pad, built to a heavier-duty specification for vehicles and driving that ask more of the brakes.
Who the heavy-duty pad is for: Heavier vehicles and heavier work put more heat into the brakes: towing, loaded utes and vans, larger SUVs and light commercials, and any vehicle that came from the factory with a heavier-duty brake specification. The heavy-duty pad is built for that duty — where a standard pad would run hotter and wear faster, the HD pad is made to take it. Check the vehicle compatibility list for your exact model and variant, and if your vehicle was originally fitted with a heavy-duty pad, fit the heavy-duty pad.

Fitting: Replace brake pads as an axle set — both sides of the same axle together — never a single wheel. Inspect the rotors when the pads are off: pads and rotors wear together, and new pads on a worn or scored rotor will be noisy and will not bed in properly. Bed the new pads in gently for the first few hundred kilometres and avoid hard stops until they are seated.
