It is recommended by automotive professionals to use high-quality oils and filters to assist with the overall health of your engine. However, without consistent and frequent replacement of these consumables, an engine will deteriorate over time.
Ryco Oil Filters are manufactured in two different designs. The first design is the 'spin-on' style oil filter, which is conventionally seen in most vehicles. These filters are built to withstand the high oil pressures produced by modern engines.
The second design is the 'cartridge' type oil filter, which is designed to fit into a reusable housing. This design is more commonly seen in newer model vehicles as manufacturers attempt to further reduce waste.
