The Permatex Ultra Grey RTV Silicone Gasket Maker is specified for high torque and high vibration applications, meeting OEM specifications to fit dealership warranty requirements.

High torque and rigidity — suitable for demanding, high-vibration applications
Sensor-safe, non-corrosive formula
OEM specified to meet dealership warranty requirements
Low-odour formula
Ideal for closed spaced bolt patterns
Temperature range: -54°C to 260°C intermittent
Suitable for valve covers, water pumps, intake manifold end seals, and thermostat housings
Not recommended for use on head gaskets or parts in contact with gasoline
Net weight: 85g

Apply a continuous 2–6mm bead to clean, dry surfaces surrounding all bolt holes, assemble immediately, and allow 24 hours to fully cure before returning to service.
