Exelclamp Stainless Steel Ear Hose Clamp Assortment — 40 Piece
A 40-piece assortment of Exelclamp stainless steel ear hose clamps, supplied in a compartmented case with eight sizes pre-sorted, five of each.
- Stainless steel construction throughout — strong and durable
- Ear clamp (crimp-on) design: a solid stainless band with a raised ear that is crimped closed with pincers, giving a low-profile 360-degree seal with no screw housing to snag or leak past, and a joint that cannot vibrate loose
- Permanent, single-use fitting — to remove, cut or prise the ear open and fit a new clamp on reassembly; if you need a reusable clamp, use a worm drive clamp instead
- Covers 5.8mm to 22.6mm outside diameter — suitable for fuel lines, CV boots, small coolant and vacuum hoses, and similar small-bore applications
- Eight sizes included: 5.8–7mm, 7–8.7mm, 8.8–10.5mm, 10.3–12.8mm, 12.8–15.3mm, 15.3–18.5mm, 17.8–21mm, and 20.3–22.6mm (5 of each)
- Band width 5mm for the three smallest sizes; 7mm for the five larger sizes
- Manufactured to TÜV SÜD, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certification

- Ear clamp pincers are required to fit these clamps
Measure the outside diameter of the hose over the fitting and select the clamp whose range covers that measurement. Eight sizes are pre-sorted in the compartmented case, ready for workshop use.
