NEW CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS MUST BE USED , If cylinder head bolts are not replaced, the head gasket warranty will become void., , M12 Bolts - 1. Torque in 3 stages to 30, 78, and 108Nm (22, 43, and 72ft lbs), 2. Loosen all bolts 180deg, 3. Torque to 49Nm (36ft lbs), 4. Tighten a further 90deg, 5.
