Penrite Copper Eze Anti-Seize Grease — 500g
Copper Eze is a bentone-based anti-seize grease containing micro-size copper, zinc oxide and synthetic base oil, capable of resisting temperatures from sub-zero up to 1093°C.
- Bentone-based formulation with micro-size copper and zinc oxide
- Synthetic base oil — NLGI No. 1.5 consistency
- Temperature range: sub-zero to 1093°C
- Protects against corrosion and seizure in severe environments
- Reduces friction and wear on threads, nuts, bolts and flanges
- Synthetic lubricant prevents galling during assembly
- Does not wash or burn off under normal use conditions
- Reduces torque during assembly for easier disassembly at service time
- Low toxicity formulation for safer handling
- Ideal for exhaust manifold studs, exhaust clamps, turbocharger connections and spark plug threads
- Suitable for drum and disc brake assemblies — stops brake squealing when applied to the back of disc brake pads; ideal for disc brake calliper sliding pins
- Suitable for boat trailer wheel studs, external hinges, screws, nuts and bolts to prevent seizure and corrosion
- Suitable for automotive, marine, industrial, agricultural and general domestic applications — including corrosive marine, mining, and petroleum (exploration and refining) environments
