Goss C555 Ignition Coil

Ignition coils are an integral part of any vehicle's ignition system. The Goss C555 Ignition Coil transforms the low-tension voltage into a high-tension voltage required to produce a spark at the spark plug.

• Extensive range of ignition coils to suit both OEM and aftermarket options
• Sourced from leading OES and AM suppliers
• Generates a high voltage electrical pulse of approximately 45,000 volts to the spark plugs
• Made up of two sets of wire windings, one inside the other
• Creates a magnetic field when battery current flows through the primary winding
• Produces an extremely high voltage in the secondary winding when the current is turned off
• This high voltage is used to create the ignition spark at the spark plug
