This Goss Ignition Coil is a direct-fit replacement built to keep your engine running smoothly. The ignition coil transforms the vehicle's low battery voltage into the high-tension voltage needed to fire the spark plugs — without a strong, consistent spark the engine can't run properly. When an ignition coil fails, common symptoms include misfires, rough idling, hesitation or loss of power under acceleration, hard starting, increased fuel consumption, and an illuminated check-engine light.
