Bando Multi Ribbed Belt — 6PK0970
The Bando 6PK0970 is a multi-ribbed (poly-V) belt suited to Mazda 3, Mazda 6 and CX-5 applications, offering high flexibility thanks to its belt thickness, which lets a single thin belt wrap tightly around the small-diameter pulleys of a modern accessory drive.
- Low vibration and quiet running
- Suitable for reverse-bend drives — the belt can be driven from its back face as well as its ribs, as required by a serpentine layout
- Highly resistant to heat, ozone, sunlight and weather
- Constructed from chloroprene rubber with polyester tension members and a rubber-impregnated canvas backing
Inspect the ribs for cracking, and replace the tensioner and idlers at the same time — they have covered the same kilometres. Check the part number and rib count against your application before ordering.
