The Dayco 6PKK1698 is a double-sided Poly-V multi-ribbed belt for engine accessory drive applications on compatible vehicles with electronic power steering.
- Double-sided drive: the belt drives pulleys on both faces, making it suited to serpentine systems that require backside drive of an accessory
- Multiple rib and flat design: provides better belt-to-pulley contact for reduced slippage and improved power transmission
- Grooved construction: the grooved profile provides flexural stress relief for increased flexibility in both normal and backside bending, and makes the belt less susceptible to dust and splash-induced slip
- Multiple ribs eliminate matching: allow for controlled slippage in overload situations, protecting driven components
