  • Patented "flat spring" design reduces operating range variations in tension
  • Teflon® strip wound within the spring resists abrasion
  • Steel locator pin (where applicable) for added strength
  • Heavy-duty cast aluminium spring case resists cracking and fatigue
  • Aluminium retainer ring locks the spring case and arm together, sealing against corrosion
  • Steel pivot tube (where applicable) provides additional strength for critical torque requirements
  • Thermoplastic rubber spring slot plug keeps out harmful contaminants
  • Lubricated nylon pivot tube bushing and spring bushing for quieter performance
  • Rubber O ring seals against dust and grime
  • Zinc coated mounting bolt resists rust and ensures even tension
  • Available with either a glass-filled polymer (plastic) or steel pulley with dust cover
