Tax Invoices

We send items with Tax Invoices enclosed. Due to a recent scam doing the rounds on the internet we are unable to accept requests to have items sent without invoices enclosed. This is to protect both us and our customers.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

Items dispatched within 24 business hours of purchase. Where possible we dispatch items the same day or the next morning depending on the time of day and the courier used.

Orders placed during public holidays and the Christmas/New Year period may experience delayed processing and dispatch. Carrier delivery schedules may also be affected during these times.

Standard Shipping - Authority to Leave (ATL)

We use a combination of Couriers Please and Australia Post for items with "Standard Shipping". It will depend on your location as to who we use.

  • Items over $100 will be sent requiring a signature. Under $100 will be sent Authority to Leave (ATL) with either Couriers Please or Australia Post.
  • PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers will always be sent by Australia Post and they will not require a signature.
  • For locations which are remote or are outside of Couriers Please main network we will send the item via Australia Post and it will not require a signature. If you would like to sign for your parcel to accept delivery please choose Registered Post.
  • If you do not want your item sent with Couriers Please, please advise us at the time of your purchase in the order notes and we will send it via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping - Registered (Signature is required)

Please Choose Registered Post if you want to guarantee your item will require a signature on delivery. Item will be sent by Couriers Please or Australia Post depending on your location.

  • PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers do not require signatures so you do not need Registered Post.
  • This selection will require a signature. If no one is home to accept delivery the postage company will leave a card which will give instructions on how to either collect your item or a re-delivery option if available.
  • If you do not want your item sent with Couriers Please, please advise us at the time of your purchase in the order notes and we will send it via Australia Post.

Express Delivery

On all items we offer Express Post, this is through Australia Post. Delivery to most Capital Cities is next day however please check the Australia Post website for more specific delivery time estimates. Our postcode is 2760.

Courier or Expedited Delivery

We use Couriers Please for all items that have Courier or Expedited Delivery as the delivery method.

  • Delivery not available to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, please provide an alternate address.

Toll Consumer Delivery

This selection will be sent using TOLL PRIORITY.
