With its patented "flat spring" design, this tensioner provides consistent tension and reduces the risk of premature accessory bearing failure.

- Patented "flat spring" design for less tension variations
- Teflon® strip wound within the spring for abrasion resistance
- Coated flat spring to resist rust
- Steel locator pin for added strength
- Heavy-duty cast aluminium spring case and arm for durability
- Aluminium retainer ring to prevent corrosion
- Steel pivot tube for critical torque requirements
- Thermoplastic rubber spring slot plug to keep out contaminants
- Lubricated nylon pivot tube bushing and spring bushing for quieter performance
- Rubber O ring to seal against dust and grime
- Zinc coated mounting bolt for rust resistance
- Available with either a glass-filled polymer or steel pulley with dust cover
